At NetEase Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
